lawAll is not what it seems.

We have been purposely misled to take fantasy as reality, fiction as truth, black as white, and up as down.

We believe we live in a fair and democratic society yet we fail to grasp the true definitions of these words “democratic” and “society.” When we open our eyes and really look around we find that we live in a world of inequity, a ‘world for the taking’ by a few at the expense of the many.

The illusion of freedom under which we have allowed ourselves to live has come under a democracy, through which paper documents and rules of law grant us certain inalienable rights (i.e., life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness). We have been convinced that our power and our rights come through a representative government; a government structured of and for the People.

However, the truth is that we live as sovereign beings who are powerful without representation. We hold inherent rights and liberties that are granted to us through our birth alone. As sovereign beings we abide by a Hierarchy of Laws under Nature.  Natural Law applies to each human as body, mind, and spirit, and concerns our rights, duties and responsibilities, to do no harm.

Below Natural Law, there is Commercial Law to deal with transactions and trades between people. And below Commercial Law there is Common law, a structure that allows the protection that commercial law affords all humans. These truths were borne out by the Magna Carta in 1215, which said the government is bound by their own rules in this structure, and which became the foundation of our Bill of Rights and the basis of English and American law.

In reality, our ideal world has been split in two; between the Haves and the Have-Nots. This split did not happen overnight under the cover of darkness but out in the open over hundreds of years. It was purposeful in its construction and direction in order to achieve the division that exists today. Over time this split has widened into a chasm as we witness our children and property being openly taken by hospitals and police. These thefts appear to be legal and have the consent of the government and court systems, seemingly without recourse by the helpless owner-victims.

However, all is not lost. In between these two seemingly disparate worlds exists your power of consent: Do you consent or do you not consent to having your property (i.e., children) forcibly removed from your home?

The consent of the governed is a foundational principle of democracy. Consent implies you have a choice. However, consent is not assent. You don’t have to make a formal approval in order for authorities to accept your consent. Your silence and inaction will qualify as consent. Consent can be achieved when you do nothing.

In order to appreciate the nuances of how we have come to where we have come, it is important to know that words are powerful and have meaning beyond Webster’s dictionary. There is a difference between lawful and legal.

In order to control us, and create disparity, one group of people had to have parity. So in almost every country, the ‘officials of words’ began creating the language of Legalease.

Compare persons:

  • Artificial person. A legal entity, not a human being. a person is an individual or incorporated group (corporation) having certain legal rights and  responsibilities. This has been held to include foreign and domestic corporations.
  • Natural Person – a human being that has the capacity for rights or duties.

The mechanism that converts our status from natural to artificial, from real to fiction, happens when we register or apply for a Birth Certificate (a copy of a live birth record), a social security number, a driver’s license, or a credit card.  A signature on any application is all it takes.

Under this process, men, women, and children become citizens and are given the rights of corporations (i.e. no human rights) and artificial corporate persons are being given the rights and privileges of natural persons. Once you consent to being a legal person, you are no longer protected under common law, but fall under the jurisdiction of statutes, regulations, by-laws and orders. You create a person-corporation which the system acts upon. You are owned.

“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging.  By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. – Edward Mandell House, 1900s, in private meeting with President Woodrow Wilson

Statutes are not laws. They apply to corporations and only act on your person, not your body. They are given the force of law by the consent of the governed within your “societal” structure. The definition of Society: “a number of people joined by a mutual consent to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.” Therefore only you can give any statute or Act the force of law with your consent (which includes your silence).

When we are ignorant of full disclosure, of words and language, we fail to have true choice. When we consent without full knowledge of the facts, we grant permission to entities over us. When we consent to Legalease, we unknowingly give up our power to those who would and do use it against us.

Yet knowing our sovereign status, we have the ability to withdraw consent and say no at any time. With this knowledge you have the ability to act on our own behalf, without re-presentation. If someone asks for your name, reply with another question; Legal or Lawful? Ask under what authority are you acting?

When we take full responsibility for all the freedoms we are granted by our birthright, we become the change we wish to see. We become the new reality.
