As multi-dimensional begins, we heal in levels, layers, and patterns, starting from the energetic and moving to the physical. From the inside to the outside. And all healing happens through the heart center.
The heart center is the fourth chakra of our energy body. It is the center of the seven primary chakras, identified as the astral body, between the lower planes (physical, emotional, mental) and the higher planes (etheric, celestial, ketheric) of the energy body. The heart chakra also contains the thymus gland which is the neurological center of the immune system. It’s location reflects a bridge between the dimensions of matter and spirit. The outside reflects the inside. The microcosm is the macrocosm.
As evidenced by the collapse of societal structures we see around us (political, economic, religious, environmental, social), we are externally focused, driven by the energetic power of the lower three chakras. The first (root) chakra reflects security. The second (sacral) chakra reflects sexual desire, and the third (solar plexus) chakra reflects emotions. Allowing emotions to guide our true power has brought us to this point in time. In order to transcend this repeating pattern and bridge the gaps we see in our world, we need to reach the bridge of our heart chakra.
Focusing attention through the heart, emotions become secondary and we allow our higher energetic layers to inform and guide us. Our awareness grows and we are able to more clearly see our spiritual connection to ourselves and each other. The concepts of love, sexuality and relationship change. We see love as unconditional and without expectations. Love doesn’t stop with earth’s parameters or institutions. We love through situations knowing that love is eternal.
Emotions are purged to bring about an alignment of male and female energy within the self. An inner balance creates an outer balance.
How to activate the heart chakra?
The heart chakra is often activated through a catalystic experience with another person, for personal growth. The “catalyst” is essential for emotional purging and cleansing in this transitional experience. He or she increases energetic awareness and alters vibration to break up the underlying energetic template.
Catalysitic experiences are heart-centered connections with one or more people. They can be intense but “the catalyst” may not necessarily be “the flame.” The catalyst initiates emotional triggers that activate etheric templates to purge and cleanse so spiritual growth can take place and the past concept of love is changed so a balance of masculine and feminine can happen.
Such an experience is a gift from your Higher Self to understand unconditional love. You are responsible for the catalyst coming into your life. Allow your intuition to guide you. Feel it out. Take your time. Explore the possibilities at an individual level. Despite the intensity, this is about spiritual, personal growth. A relationship with yourself. Once you are in a different frequency, one or both of you will grow and you may drift from the catalyst. At that point, you can then decide whether the catalyst becomes the flame on a spiritual level, or not.
Once we all discover love without conditions and expectations, the conflicts in the church, the economy, politics, government, and our own relationships will fade away. Relationships heal. And the planet heals.
