Just after the Thanksgiving holiday, when people celebrated with a Turkey on the table, suddenly all birds are blamed for spreading Bird Flu.
Authorities claim that birds are infecting diary cows. Just how the avian species infects the bovine species is not disclosed. Perhaps there is a hierarchy of farm animals that pass it along?
Will horses be next?
Bird Brain
If there is a connection between birds and humans, it is not the cow.
Bird brain ideas originate from humans directly. Authorities expect people to believe that the first human case of Bird flu was contacted from a cow through a bird. And, that since April 2024, there have been an alleged 61 human cases of H5 bird flu reported in the United States, says the CDC.
The question asked by fearful news reporters is, “will this ‘outbreak’ lead to the next pandemic?”
In December 2024, the first “severe” case of H5N1 was reported in a hospitalized patient. The first case in Wisconsin was blamed on a Turkey farm.
Among all these “first” cases of bird flu, U.S. Dairy farms are being targeted. The CDC says Bird flu is widespread in poultry and dairy farms.
Is the CDC to be believed?
Hindsight is For the Birds
Remember when the CDC went after pigs for Swine flu (H1N1) in 2009-10? Birds were blamed then too.
Most people may not recall the earlier Swine flu fiasco of 1976, Then, President Gerald Ford rushed a vaccine to the entire American population “based on ill-founded science and political imprudence.” Many people died. Only 20% received the vaccine due to bad publicity. The vaccine program was suspended.
With hindsight, it’s easy to see that the fears of the time were unfounded. – BBC
If hindsight were 20/20, then rushing untested products to market would not still be practiced. Most recently it happened in 2020 under the DHHS’s Operation Warp Speed in an effort to deliver 300 million doses of COVID “countermeasures” before anyone was the wiser. This time the deployment was considered a success. All negative publicity was censored.
State-of-Emergency
Today’s news claims that cows infected with Bird Flu have died in 5 states. And we know that once a few dairy cows are targeted, most cattle will find themselves on death row. No cow is safe.
As history reveals, once herds are culled by the hundreds and thousands, food prices rise. Already in June of 2022, farmers were culling their dairy herds for fear of Bird flu. Just look at egg and beef prices, today, which could be the highest in generations.
In response to the first alleged human Bird flu case, and without any signs of spreading, California’s governor Gavin Newsom has proclaimed a state-of-emergency for all of California. See Proclamation here.
We will continue to take all necessary steps to prevent the spread of this virus. —Governor Gavin Newsom
What does necessary mean? More testing, monitoring, and vaccines for cows? Birds? Humans? All of the above?
A Case of the Bird Flu
The Case of the Bird Flu began in earnest last Fall, in September, 2024, when the USDA approved the first Bird Flu (H1N1) vaccine for cows.

According to NPR:
There’s no evidence of ongoing human to human spread in California or the rest of the country. But scientists warn that uncontrolled spread in dairy cattle heightens the risk of spillover into humans, which could give the virus a chance to acquire dangerous mutations. — NPR
Why call a state-of-emergency if there is no infection spreading among humans?
More than 300 dairy herds have tested positive in California in the last 30 days alone. — NPR
Looking through a magnifying glass, the more you test anything, the more you’ll find anything.
What begins as fear mongering on the coasts eventually makes its way inland. So it is important to brush up on knowledge about what is legal and what is not.
For instance, can a governor make a law?
Is it legal for California’s governor to call a state of emergency in advance of person-to-person spread?
No. That is perfectly illegal.
Can Bird Flu infect cows if a species barrier exists between species?
This answer is more nuanced.
Once upon a time, the species barrier meant that disease could not be transferred from one species to another. There are successive lines of defense that pathogens must penetrate before infection results. For instance, parasites can ‘infect’ humans, but bacteria, yeasts, and parasites are endemic to the human body. It is only when they multiply out of balance, due to human mismanagement, that they become pathogenic and affect human health.
More often, infections can be acquired through needles, including live attenuated vaccines. There is also a known risk of breakthrough infections from vaccines. All of these pathways should be considered if facing the prospect of illegal emergency rules by governors.
For more information on the species barrier and what must happen before one species can infect another, read this.
Do Infected Cows Fly?
No. Not unless they are loaded onto an air carrier.
Will cows be tested using the problematic RT-PCR test that generates high numbers of false positive results?
Yes.
According to a June 2022 report in Frontiers, RT-PCR is known to yield many false-positive results, “leading to unnecessary countermeasures.” Past articles have stated that PCR generates up to 90% false positive results. Then there are other concerns suggesting RT-PCR is a bogus test.
A very small proportion of people re-testing positive after hospital discharge or with high Ct are likely to be infectious.— Center for Evidence Based Medicine
Does the news lie?
Yes. In America it’s called Apple-Pie Propaganda. According to the 2012 Smith-Mundt Modernization Act, it is perfectly legal to propagandize Americans. The Act “gives the federal government great power to covertly influence public opinion.”
Does living in fear cause people to become ill?
Yes.
Are people gullible?
A Pheasant Diversion
Many people might think that such a beta test of society would drive more people to successful raw milk dairies around the country, where cows are much healthier, and so are the customers.
For instance, raw milk is a probiotic food. It is known to eliminate pathogens due to a high concentration of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, healthy fats, immunoglobulins, etc. Adjusting your inspector hat, you’ll soon realize there are two types of raw milk: raw milk intended for pasteurization (from sick cows), and raw milk intended for consumption (from healthy cows).
RAW FARM USA is a local, unprocessed, organic living raw milk dairy farm in California. This family-owned farm tests its milk and sells raw milk legally in California stores. In a recent press release, its founder, Mark McAfee responds to its recent shutdown from a state-imposed “quarantine:”
THERE ARE NO ILLNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH H5NI IN OUR PRODUCTS, BUT RATHER THIS IS A POLITICAL ISSUE.
In response, a customer wrote:
I had some milk from the “H5N1” batch during Thanksgiving and we drank it and didn’t get sick. My store in NorCal didn’t pull the milk from the shelves either. Sorry the government is against you. We are with you either way.
