The Declaration of Independence reminds us, “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

When governments ignore the will of the people and “go rogue” for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many, it is time to understand that our system derives from our free will and consent.

There are two systems representing the polarity existing on Planet Earth. Under the Polarity Principle everything has poles or pairs of opposite charge:

  • One belief system says that a human being is separate from all others, designed to control others when they cannot or do not reason for themselves. This belief derives from man-made written codes that must be learned.
  • Another belief system says that each human is a cell of the collective web, and that all humans are connected as one entity, one interconnected humanity. This belief derives from Natural Law. Natural Law is not written, but intuitive and knowable by simple observation, reason, and deduction. ‘By your action, ye shall be known.’

Natural Law and Justice is, and always has been, the primary fundamental force in the universe. It is a body of Universal Spiritual Laws which governs consciousness. Under Natural Law, we choose our governing system based on free will. Everything is presented as an offer to contract and it is always up to each of us to consent or not. Silence is acquiescence. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Because enough of us currently believe what we are told as truth, and do not follow our own intuition, the world operates on a lower frequency. As long as a majority of us remain distracted, arguing over details of the system (healthcare, war, rigged elections), we are cooked. By consenting to this system, whether explicitly or implicitly (through participation or acceptance of benefits), the system lives.

Ironically, the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence were written to reflect Natural Rights of the individual. Our government was created as a Constitutional Republic where individuals are recognized to hold certain inherent or unalienable rights, which can never be revoked, regardless of what the majority wants, or who holds power (i.e., Democracy).

A Republic is where the people control the government. A Democracy, is where the Government controls the people. The United States of America was created a Constitutional Republic but has, since 1871, been usurped and is ruled today as an oligarchy.

Fast forward to 2016 and we are now experiencing a retrograde of humanity. This de-volution of the human species is reflected in Statues, Acts, and now medical mandates that dictate what we can and cannot do with our bodies. Legislation attempts to limit the power of the individual by turning rights into privileges, which are taken away. The people, as a herd, are put in the position of begging for rights (via petitions and requests) and waiting for government to give permission. Under this type of society, you either go along with consensus, or become a target for further restrictions (i.e., fined or jailed for living off-grid).

We assess risk as individuals. Whenever there is risk, there must be choice. Any system that does not provide informed-consent, is a criminal system. In The Freedom Articles, Makia Freeman writes:

“To truly give consent, you must be in a non-coercive environment. Consent can only really be given when you are also free to not give the consent, if you so choose. Is this the case with Government? The answer, of course, is a resounding “NO”! You don’t have any choice. You can’t just opt-out; the Government will fine, charge and ultimately imprison you if you don’t obey its decrees.  With valid consent, both parties would have ability to “opt-out”, and both would also have obligations to each other, which, if unfulfilled, would grant the other one adequate grounds for terminating the agreement.”

Under a doctrine of force and coercion, there is no choice, whether explicit or implicit. Both the Civil Rights Act and UN Human Rights, declared by the United Nations (UN), provide fake rights, issued with conditions. A collectivist organization, the UN dictates human rights must be sacrificed for the greater good:

Universal Declaration of Human Rights reads: “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.” – Article 29 

We either live in freedom or we live under tyranny. We either exercise free will, or we do not. As long as we give consent to a criminal government, knowingly or unknowingly, we continue to enforce our own enslavement. If you contract, you are presumed to know the law.

New International corporate laws like the TPP are intended to usurp national corporate laws, placing jurisdiction in a New World Government and Court. If we do not act now, we have devolved to a point where we are guaranteed to see our demise as free people play out right before our eyes.

As free Spirits, we always have the choice. Choice is ever inherent. We only need to embody it and claim it. The courts have conceded our rights in at least two cases, but still these do not grant any rights we do not already possess:

  1. Nobody has the power to stick a needle* in your body without your Informed Consent. The US Supreme Court says you have a “privacy interest in preventing a government agent from piercing the… skin.” (Missouri vs McNeely, 133 S.Ct. 1552, 2013).
  2. Nobody has the power to make you surrender your Rights (such as to Informed Consent) in order to receive a public benefit (such as schooling for your children). The US Supreme Court calls that an “unconstitutional condition” (Dolan v. City of Tigard, 512 U.S. 374, 1994)

Ask yourself, who established government, and who has authority over government? We Do! We possess that authority. Only we have been taught to believe that it is the government that has authority over us. It is why we continue to ask for permission. True independence means we have the right to exit the Union just as we seceded from England in 1776. If we only have the will.

Polarity exists on Planet Earth along with choice. We can opt out of a criminal government that overrides our intended Constitutional Republic. We can align with Natural Law and the Precautionary Principle. The Precautionary Principle says first, do no harm. Do we not harm human evolution when we give up the right to choose?

If each of us embody the new Body Republic, we bring the power of nature and Natural Law back where it belongs, back to the individual. We must all, individually, embody the Declaration of Independence to reassert our natural rights if we are to experience them. As Natural Law dictates, what affects one affects us all. Without power in numbers, the few of us that see these criminal acts are made to witness the self-abuse of all.
