Every day another politician decides to practice medicine without a license by proposing new medical mandates or the removal of vaccine exemptions that dictate healthcare choices for individuals, parents, and families. Such maneuvers are attempts to test the resolve of the people. When that happens, its time to stand our sacred ground.

There is something deeply spiritual about standing on sacred ground. When you choose to do so you are authentic, vulnerable, and deliberate all at the same time. You draw a line in the sand that cannot be crossed. That’s not to say that there won’t be some struggle in a sea of contrasting opinions and critics. However, the risk of not being your authentic self means sacrificing who you really are. And why would you want to be anyone else?

The challenges we face today not only test our ability to participate in creating a new system of fairness, they also show us how to reclaim our personal power. Are we ready?

When it comes to health, food and medicine, there must be choice. Without exemptions on the medical landscape, there is no informed-consent, no discussion with your doctor about possible contraindications. No connection between people. No freedom. As new ‘healthcare’ bills are proposed in State legislatures, we have an opportunity to propose our own questions to the doctor-politicians who have forgotten they are elected to serve us. So let us gently remind them to do their due diligence, as we have done. By requesting information of them which they cannot provide, their best option is to withdraw faulty legislation before it hits the legislative floor, if they are still open to their humanity.

Here some talking points to apply (use 1 or 2 points per letter) in a personal letter or email with some bulleted examples (use 1-3) as reasons to oppose new vaccine legislation that would remove personal conviction exemptions or any exemptions. I oppose proposed Bill _________ for the following reasons:

1.Mandates for vaccines by school districts and legislatures is the de facto practice of medicine without a license.

2. Removal of exemptions means there is no informed-consent. The AMA Code of Ethics requires Informed Consent, According to the AMA Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs, “The physician has an ethical obligation to help the patient make choices from among the therapeutic alternatives consistent with good medical practice. Informed consent is a basic policy in both ethics and law that physicians must honor, unless the patient is unconscious or otherwise incapable of consenting and harm from failure to treat is imminent.”

3. The CDC’s  “Contraindications and Precautions of the ACIP” lists “the conditions under which  vaccines should not be administered.” And yet, under legislated mandates, vaccines would still be required.

4. The vaccine approval process has been contaminated by flawed or incomplete clinical trials, and government officials have chosen to ignore negative results. For example, the CDC was forced to withdraw its recommendation of the rotavirus vaccine within one year of approval. Yet public documents obtained by AAPS show that the CDC was aware of alarmingly high intussuception rates months before the vaccine was approved and recommended.

5. Rampant conflicts of interest in the approval process has been the subject of several Congressional hearings, and a recent Congressional report concluded that the pharmaceutical industry has indeed exerted undue influence on mandatory vaccine legislation toward its own financial interests.

6. Children are a very low risk group for hepatitis B. Primary risk factors are dependent on lifestyle, i.e. multiple sex partners, drug abuse or an occupation with exposure to blood. According to government statistics, children under the age of 14 are three times more likely to suffer adverse effects — including death — following the hepatitis B vaccine than to catch the disease itself.

7. The Centers for Disease Control admits that the reported number of adverse effects of vaccines is probably only 10% of actual adverse effects. The Physician’s Desk Reference cites adverse reactions to the hepatitis B in less than 1 percent. However, if more than 70 million American children receive the vaccine, that means more than 700,000 children are likely to suffer adverse reactions.

9. Vaccines are becoming vectors for the very disease they claim to prevent through viral shedding, as listed on package inserts. This may explain why current outbreaks of whooping cough are showing up in highly vaccinated populations. The same is true for measles, and Chicken Pox. This puts the immunocompromised at risk and suggests that vaccines don’t work. Outbreaks in highly vaccinated populations (>95%) also negates the concept of Herd Immunity. Examples…

10. If there is a risk, there must be a choice.The U.S. government has paid out $3 billion for vaccine injuries under the National Vaccine Compensation Program, where only a portion of claims were ever awarded. See vaccine injury table. Why doesn’t the pressure go to the vaccine makers for failing to make a product that is safe and effective?

11. Why should I bother to vote in elections if I don’t get a vote about what goes into my body? Medical mandates do not belong in a free society.

12. Why should government have the right to forcibly vaccinate people for the good of society when the science is never “settled?” True science asks the questions. Science can only show a correlation but never a cause. How can vaccines be obligatory when there are no long-term, case-control studies of bundled vaccines (the triple jab MMR, DTaP) showing safety and efficacy?

13. Research demonstrates the synergistic effects of two or more toxins causing harm. Where are studies showing that injecting vaccine ingredients like aluminum, mercury, polysorbate 80, aborted fetal cells, MSG, and formaldehyde does not cause harm to the body?

14. Nobody Knows What Happens When You Inject People with GMO Vaccines.
There have, however, been some warnings. In 2006, researchers wrote in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health:

Genetically modified (GM) viruses and genetically engineered virus-vector vaccines possess significant unpredictability and a number of inherent harmful potential hazards… Horizontal transfer of genes… is well established. New hybrid virus progenies resulting from genetic recombination between genetically engineered vaccine viruses and their naturally occurring relatives may possess totally unpredictable characteristics with regard to host preferences and disease-causing potentials.
…There is inadequate knowledge to define either the probability of unintended events or the consequences of genetic modifications.

  • GM vaccines are already in use and have been administered to American infants, children and adults for many years. They were approved with no safety or efficacy studies. Among them:
    Hepatitis B vaccine: An inactivated recombinant DNA vaccine licensed for newborn infants and children in 1991, in which parts of the hepatitis B virus gene are cloned into yeast.
  • Rotavirus vaccine: Live attenuated vaccines first licensed for infants and children licensed in 2006, which either contain genetically engineered human rotavirus strains or human-bovine hybridized reassortment rotavirus strains.
  • HPV vaccine (Gardasil or Cervarix): A recombinant vaccine licensed in 2006, which is prepared from virus-like particles (VLP’s) and may also include use of an insect-cell Baculovirus expression vector system for production.
  • Recently, up to 15 kids collapsed after having their vaccinations administered to them at Northampton School for Boys. The school sent letters to parents advising them to seek medical attention. A “bad batch” of vaccines are being cited as the cause for now.

15.  According to DNA Fragments Research the following vaccines (including the shingles and rabies vaccines) contain human fetal tissue cells that can trigger  antibodies against self, known as an autoimmune reaction?:

  • Vaqta Hepatitis A Vaccine is contaminated with MRC5 aborted fetal DNA and proteins
  • MMR II is manufactured in WI 38 aborted fetal cell line
  • Hepatitis A vaccine contaminated with MRC5 aborted fetal debris
  • Chickenpox Contaminated with Human Fetal DNA
  • Chickenpox and MMR II vaccines are contaminated with a retrovirus
  • New Flu Vaccine from Vaxin

16. The scientific community now knows that children with regressive autism have hundreds of de novo and diverse gene mutations. That means that regressive autism is not genetic. It must be triggered by an external event that can create hundreds of different DNA breaks and mutations. Research shows that vaccines containing human DNA fragments lead the spontaneous integration of human DNA fragments Into host genomes.

17. The American College of Pediatricians stated it has serious concerns about the connection between HPV vaccines Gardasil and Cervarix and premature menopause (ovarian failure) and that it wants parents and physicians to know of their concerns.

18. I do not consent to injecting known carcinogens into my body knowing vaccines bypass my innate immune and excretion systems. Where are the studies showing these vaccines do not cause cancer, kidney and liver dysfunction, or autoimmune diseases?

19. Vaccines are deemed to be “unavoidably unsafe.” Shouldn’t we follow the Precautionary Principle which states that the introduction of a new product or process whose ultimate effects are disputed or unknown should be resisted?

20. A new study shows a connection between the MMR vaccine and autism.For a comprehensive list of similar studies showing the vaccine autism relationship, the dangers of aluminum and Thimerosal, see Autism Studies and Related Medical Conditions. Why should I be forced to submit to a medical practice that has a known risk for causing harm?

21. There is a significant dose-response relationship between severe autism spectrum disorders and total mercury dose children receive from Thimerosal-containing vaccines. Why is mercury, a known neurotoxin, still in vaccines after the CDC noted the dangers and claimed it was removed?

22. The same vaccines are given to newborns and adults alike without any attention to dose. Vaccines contain high levels of aluminum, a known neurotoxin, which causes neurological disorders and can be fatal in people with kidney dysfunction.  The FDA warns:  “Aluminum content in parenteral drug products could result in a toxic accumulation of aluminum in individuals receiving TPN therapy. Research indicates that neonates [newborns] and patient populations with impaired kidney function may be at high risk of exposure to unsafe amounts of aluminum. Studies show that aluminum may accumulate in the bone, urine, and plasma of infants receiving TPN. Many drug products used in parenteral therapy (injections) may contain levels of aluminum sufficiently high to cause clinical manifestations (symptoms) . . . parenteral aluminum bypasses the protective mechanism of the GI tract and aluminum circulates and is deposited in human tissues. Aluminum toxicity is difficult to identify in infants because few reliable techniques are available to evaluate bone metabolism in . . . infants . . . Although aluminum toxicity is not commonly detected clinically, it can be serious in selected patient populations, such as neonates (newborns), and may be more common than is recognized.” (Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, Document 02N-0496, Aluminum in Large and Small Volume Parenterals Used in Total Parenteral Nutrition).

Parents are the only ones monitoring the effects of injected toxicants in their children. They are 100% responsible for the health of their children. Why should they give up their rights to doctors who prescribe these shots, but do not inform, and are not responsible for the dose-response relationship?

What are the maximum levels of aluminum per the FDA?

  • 8 pound, healthy baby: 18.16 mcg of aluminum
  • 15 pound, healthy baby: 34.05 mcg of aluminum
  • 30 pound, healthy toddler: 68.1 mcg of aluminum
  • 50 pound, healthy child: 113 mcg of aluminum
  • 150 pound adult: 340.5 mcg of aluminum
  • 350 pound adult: 794.5 mcg of aluminum

How much aluminum is routinely injected per the CDC?

  • Hepatitis B – 250 mcg (14 times FDA recommended dose)
  • DTaP – depending on the manufacturer, ranges from 170 to 625 mcg
  • Pneumococcus – 125 mcg
  • Hepatitis A – 250 mcg
  • HPV – 225 mcg
  • Pentacel (DTaP, HIB and Polio combo vaccine) – 330 mcg
  • Pediarix (DTaP, Hep B and Polio combo vaccine) – 850 mcg

23. Congress granted immunity to vaccine makers in 1986 under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, making them exempt from liability for vaccine-related injuries. It is a clear conflict of interest that the CDC, and medical schools and clinics, are financial partners of the liability-free pharmaceutical industry. Why should I trust an industry that doesn’t stand behind their products when it comes to safety?

24. All vaccines now have adjuvants (aluminum) added to stimulate an immune response. Science has demonstrated that adjuvants induce autoimmunity. Why do we accept the known side effects of vaccination known as ASIA (autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants)?

25. The incidence of vaccine-induced seizures and encephalopathy is epidemic. Parents are unknowingly signing up their children for a life of seizures and medial dependency. Why is this side-effect, disclosed on CDC’s website, not disclosed by healthcare providers?

26. The CDC is now recommending the Tdap vaccine be given to pregnant women. However the package insert for this vaccine reads: “It is not known whether Tripedia vaccine can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproductive capacity. Tripedia vaccine is NOT indicated for women of child-bearing age.” What happens when “expert opinion,” contradicts package inserts? Who is protected besides the manufacturer?

27. The flu vaccine is being added to the vaccination schedule. Pregnant women, young children, and the elderly are all encouraged to line up for this untested vaccine even while no study shows it to be safe or effective. The tri-valent flu vaccine contains up to 25,000 times the amount of mercury (a neurotoxin) allowed in water? According to the drug description: Each 0.5-mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 50 mcg thimerosal ( < 25 mcg mercury); thimerosal, a mercury derivative, is added as a preservative. Each 0.5-mL dose of either presentation may also contain residual amounts of ovalbumin ( ≤ 0.3 mcg), formaldehyde ( ≤ 25 mcg), sodium deoxycholate ( ≤ 50 mcg), α-tocopheryl hydrogen succinate ( ≤ 240 mcg), and polysorbate 80 ( ≤ 665 mcg) from the manufacturing process. Formaldehyde is a known cause of cancer. The CDC added three new vaccines to the 2016 Childhood Vaccination Schedule without any safety testing. The total now stands at 74 doses (53 injections) by age 17, an increase of 24X since 1950. It is strangely ironic that the same government agencies promoting these vaccines and their associated toxins fail to acknowledge the stream of reports showing government pay-outs to victims crippled by the same vaccines.

28. Vaccine maker, Merck is in court, facing a slew of allegations of wrongdoing from doctors in NY and NJ, and two former Merck scientists-turned-whistleblowers. A third whistleblower, a scientist at the CDC, promises to bring Merck grief following his confession of misconduct involving the MMR vaccine. The controversies will find Merck defending itself and its vaccine in at least two federal court cases after a U.S. District judge  threw out Merck’s attempts at dismissal.” Merck faces federal charges of fraud for fabricating results that could turn the industry into a house of cards. CDC documents have been released by William Thompson.

29. Data provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reveal that nobody has died from measles in more than 10 years, while at least 108 deaths reported in VAERS during the same time frame have been linked to measles vaccines.

For all these reasons, and more, each individual must be able to choose foods and medicines, because each is responsible for his own health. Forced mandates have no place in a free society. When liberty is threatened based on a foundation of contradictions, it provides an opportunity to stand up for individual rights, for no one else will; not our doctors and not our representatives. When enough of us stand together, we represent ourselves. We become the majority and create change with our intention. No one can force, intimidate, or coerce another unless consent is given. It’s all about intent and consent.
