The nature of the universe is Consciousness
Energy evolving and expanding
Condensing into matter
Manifesting physical reality
Organs, cells, emotions, and beliefs
One percent of who I am.
One frequency on the radio dial.
One expression of the universe
On Earth, I create a box around my being;
The Ego.
It interacts with other boxes holding other beings.
It is a useful tool for self-preservation and safety.
But I am not my box.
I am not my organs, my emotions, my beliefs
I am without limits
I am without constructs
To express all that I am
I expand the box through the heart,
Stay present within my Being
Feel my feelings.
Anger, grief, unworthiness, fear
Are ego’s emotional constructs
They do not Master me
I Master them all.
To change reality
Is to change the experience
Since new experiences
Change old beliefs.
To change the game
Is to transform fear into love
To go beyond the senses.
And interact beyond the box.
